We've got our evite out now and already have 100 rsvps! We're very excited about it. As it's the winter season we've got some fun stuff ahead; we'll be shooting our virtual tour of the new location for the website with You're the Star Video Productions (ok, honestly we'll all a little nervous about that), we're heading off to our annual Catersource International Catering Convention in Las Vegas which is soooo fun every year & hugely academic; yes we do actually attend classes all day and several of the evenings. Our Chef Jerry & I always start collecting champagnes in December for our evening champagne tastings & we get to see over 2000 other caterers, it's a lot of fun. We're also shooting a cover shot for the magazine the magazine I write for, Food & Home so watch for that. Another big part of the winter season is writing; I've got about 11 articles due throughout the year and now is the time to write them because later the days get so busy with events. So, I've been cooking up a storm developing recipes, every night this week we've had risotto!

Pure Joy Catering Moves to New Facility!

Pure Joy Catering is pleased to announce that we have recently relocated to a new catering and event planning facility, located at 111 East Haley Street. The building, designed by Owner and Executive Chef Lynette La Mere, features office space, a commercial kitchen, and equipment warehouse. Please come by - we love to give tours of our new space!
