Exchange wows

Yummy new menu items are causing quite a stir at our weddings; we're having a lot of fun wowing the guests 
Seared Diver Scallop with Star Anise and Leeks on a Jarlsberg Crisp with a Persimmon Dollop served on a tiny black plate

In Pure Joy fashion a request for mini quiches inspired our own version with local organic spinach, sun dried tomatoes and caramelized onions coddled in a flaky puff pastry crust
Potato Stars and Caviar; American Wild Caviar with Lemon Crème Fraiche on a Crisp Potato Star. We passed them as "Fish and Chips" at a recent Park Lane Event

These adorable and oh-so-delish Sweet Corn Tamale Poppers were a huge hit at last weekends Firestone Wedding with a tasteful nod to the grooms heritage
