CIMWI's core work is the rescue and rehabilitation of injured, stranded and distressed marine mammals. CIMWI’s fundraiser is on Saturday, April 21st at Oreana Winery here in the funk zone of Santa Barbara. "The event will be very similar to last year’s with awesome Pure Joy appetizers, desserts, wine from Oreana, beer from The Brewhouse, raffle items, a silent auction, and Georgetown will be providing live music. We’ve also extended the event so it will be three hours (7pm-10pm). People were having too good of a time last year and didn’t want to leave!" This just in from Ruth Dover, please plan on going.
